YOUR OPPORTUNITY
There is a unique opportunity for an Audit Accountant to join the team for a fixed term contract and work directly with the Audit Manager and Partner on all audit engagements. This department has an open door policy and upholds the firm's values.
This opportunity will enable you to grow your audit technical ability and your client interaction skills quickly due to the level of responsibility placed on employees. The training for this position is largely done on the job as practical experience is valued highly.

This promotes regular opportunities to build relationships with the staff and partners in a relaxed atmosphere. The offices are located in the Brisbane CBD.
YOUR ROLE
As an Audit Accountant within the Brisbane Audit Team, the strategic purpose of this role is to undertake a wide range of high quality and effective audit tasks for a diverse client base. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:
- Undertaking tendering, planning, field work, testing and reporting audit tasks
- Direct client contact supported by the Manager and Partner
- Assistance with the preparation of tender documents
- Provision of due diligence, IPO's and investigations
YOUR BACKGROUND
In order to be successful in attaining this role you must possess the following requirements:
- Accounting Degree Qualified
- Looking to pursue CA/CPA
- At least 2 years Audit experience
- Commitment to achieving goals and strong work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Be able to work effectively within a team environment
