The Bank:

Australian Bank expanding locally within the Business / Commercial / Private Banking arena nationally
Requires an experienced Senior Credit Manager within this field

The role:

A training, coaching and nurturing role within Business / Commercial and Private Banking Credit and Risk
Assisting the frontline sales and relationship staff in preparation of credit proposals, compliance and risk
Build strong and effective relationships with Business Credit, Credit & Asset Management and other key internal stakeholders
Provide effective reporting to upper management
Ensure Asset quality is maintained and enhanced

Your requirements:

Minimum 3 years Business / Commercial Banking Credit experience
Expert credit skills $<25m (secured and unsecured)
Extensive knowledge / experience within Credit & Risk Management policies and procedures
Strong leadership skills and the ability to successfully train, develop and nurture stakeholders at all levels
