Your Job

The primary purpose of this role is to facilitate client finance applications from lodgement to settlement, ensuring key performance indicators are maintained.  You will be creating business relationships with busy clients, bank staff and solicitors ensuring you will be available to work on a 7 day rotating roster.  Typical daily tasks include:

• Qualifying, securing and checking financial information
• Submitting applications and following through to settlement
• Ensuring customer contact is maintained
• Following up on outstanding tasks
• Assisting other team members 
• Ad hoc duties as directed

Your Requirements

In order to be successful for this position, you must address the following criteria:

1. Certificate IV (or diploma) in financial services (mortgage broking)
2. MFAA membership and knowledge of NCCP legislation
3. Self managed super loan writing experience preferred
4. Adaptable to change
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
6. Basic MS Excel skills and attention to detail
