THE CLIENT:
Our client is a leading industry specific boutique firm who are seeking a talented Financial Planner with outstanding communication / presentation skills. As the firm’s clients are from a unique industry sector, the advice delivered to them is of a specialist nature. This unique firm requires a unique financial planner, and that’s where you come in!
THE OPPORTUNITY:
This role will allow you to utilise your technical expertise whilst also allowing you to be fully involved in client interactions ranging from single client meetings to large seminar style presentations. You will formulate strategies and give recommendations, however a key component of your role will be the initial marketing presentation in which you will educate potential clients of the benefits and importance of engaging the services of this specialist firm.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Conduct annual marketing presentations
- Presentations at seminar style functions
- Market to potential clients ensuring comfort, clarity and client commitment
- Formulate strategy
- Give recommendations
- Involvement in client meetings alongside a partner of the firm
- Communicate well internally
- Delegate work to senior members of staff
YOUR DETAILS:
- Minimum RG146 compliance, preferably tertiary qualified
- Demonstrable experience at a highly technical level
- Demonstrable experience in public speaking / large scale presentations
- Professional attitude, team player and results focused
