The Company
My client is a market leader based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. Due to continual growth and investment there is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and forward thinking Management Accountant to join this high performing team. This is a very broad role where you will work directly with the General Manager and business partner the Executive Leadership Team.

The Role
As the "go to" person in finance you will have exposure across the entire business, your responsibilities will include:

The provision of financial support and analysis.
Development of budgets, performance monitoring, latest forecasts and strategic plans.
Development and maintenance of consistent implementation of business guidelines, processes and reporting.
Development of business improvement strategies focusing on reporting and systems.
Strategic business engagement to support effective investment decisions.

Your Profile
This is an extremely open and outgoing working environment with a play hard work hard culture, in order to be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate:

Experience of working within a retail environment.
Experience of Oracle with a strong emphasise on reporting and process improvement.
Working knowledge of a Business Intelligence (BI) tool such as TM1 or Cognos.
Excel to an advanced level.
Experience of working in a dynamic fast paced environment.
Top class business partnering experience, as communication to non finance is essential to succeed in this role.
