THE COMPANY:

Our client is a global financial services business with an excellent reputation in Australia for their superannuation, insurance, investments and pension product offering. They are renowned for quality of service and provide employees with lots of internal progression opportunities.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

This is a specialist member services role which will see you work across superannuation including defined benefits, insurance, pensions and investment products. Some of the other key responsibilities include:

Manage inbound queries from members, employers and advisers on a range of products and services
Work in liaison with fund administrators, claims & underwriting and relationship managers to resolve complex account inquiries
Generate new business and retention opportunities through identification of ongoing customer needs
Contribute to your team's success by achieving both individual and team objectives

YOUR DETAILS:

To be successful in this role you MUST HAVE:

Previous contact/call centre experience in Superannuation or Investments minimum 12 months
Industry qualifications, ie. DFS/RG 146
Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
Teamplayer and willingness to learn
Positive and Enthusiastic personality
Immediate availability for interviews
