The Company Our client is a leading global organisation that is currently seeking to retain the services of an Operations Business Analyst to drive their Transformation projects team forward.
The Opportunity: To be successful in this role you will be required to perform in a diverse range of project tasks encompassing operations process re-engineering, emerging technologies and system enhancements. A general overview and appreciation of Funds Management/Broking standards and processes coupled with experience dealing with risk management and back office processes would also be viewed as a distinct positive for this role.
Responsibilities will include:
- Process and system enhancements including delivering solutions
- Project delivery from initiation through to post implementation including analysis and documentation
- Staff supervision and guidance
- Analyse and document improvement opportunities
- Identify and evaluate project risks
- Create solutions to all underlying imperfections in operations processing
- Support User Acceptance Testing and Process Mapping
Due to the transitional nature of this role the preferred candidate is likely to have experience dealing with small projects and business analysis to assist in risk mitigation and determining processing flaws.
Your Details: This role will suit a highly analytical candidate that has proven operations experience and is looking for a new challenge to motivate and drive their career. You will have previous Funds Management and/or Broking experience - this is an essential requirement. You will also have strong compliance, user acceptance testing, quality assurance and risk experience.
Tertiary qualifications in finance or commerce and significant industry experience are imperative. Additionally strong systems experience the highest level of communication skills are required to succeed in this role.
