Senior Recruitment Consultant - Accounting & Finance
The role:
This is an outstanding opportunity for a recruiter to join our Melbourne based accounting team focusing on permanent roles within the profession looking at Tax, Audit, Corporate Recovery and Advisory.
You will manage and build market share in the commercial sector or banking and financial services industries focussing on the following specialist roles: Tax Manager, Tax Accountant, Business Services Accountant, Business Service Manager, Business Service Director, Corporate Recovery/Insolvency Accountants, Insolvency Manager, Associate Directors, Partners, Audit Seniors, Audit Managers, Audit Directors.
To excel in this role you must have:
- Strong determination to succeed
- Commitment to professionalism and delivering first class service
- Relationship management experience
- Minimum 12-18mths recruitment experience in accounting, banking or finance.
This is a full end-to-end role where you'll be managing the sourcing, interviewing and screening of candidates through to proactive business development, reverse marketing, networking and complete co-ordination of the interview, negotiation and offer process.
