The Company:

Large and diversified Financial Services Group with its head office in Sydney CBD and activities covering Retail, Wholesale and Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Funds Management and Insurance.

The Role:

Rolling Contract in their flagship Financial Reporting team - minimum 9 months but likely to extend beyond
Focus on preparing internal and external financial accounts for their wealth management and insurance business
External statutory and regulatory reporting
Managing all month end reporting activities
Ad hoc systems and project work
Assisting with other areas of finance including management accounting

Your Background:

CA, ACA or CPA qualified - essential
Strong and relevant background in financial reporting within financial services
Experience of preparing statutory accounts, notes and disclosures
Experience in the insurance sector an advantage
Local Australian experience - essential
Able to start this role in the next 2 to 3 weeks
