The role:
This is an outstanding opportunity for a recruiter to join our Brisbane based finance team focusing on permanent accounting roles. This is a high performing portfolio and is only being vacated due to relocation. Off the back of a very profitable 2011, the consultant responsible for this portfolio will be able to grow market share in the Mining, Engineering and Construction sectors, along with a select group of blue-chip organisations in other sectors. You will focus on the following specialist senior roles: Financial and Management Accountants, Analysts, Financial Controllers and CFO's.

- Relationship management experience
- Minimum 12-18mths recruitment experience in accounting, banking or finance.
This is a full end-to-end role where you'll be managing the sourcing, interviewing and screening of candidates through to proactive business development, reverse marketing, networking and complete co-ordination of the interview, negotiation and offer process.
