The Company:
 
Premier organisation looking for experienced administrator with experience in a corporate secretariat - super fund environment, exposure to board reporting requirements. 
 
The role: 

• Provide impeccable service and administration support to your team and stakeholders, handling all aspects of the board reporting requirements of the Super Fund
• Support the corporate secretariat team in all activities - anticipate and resolve any issues, work closely with all stakeholders to ensure requirements met in a timely, accurate manner.
• Establish strong working relationships across the business to drive all requirements

• Extensive experience in a similar company secretariat - legal environment
• Strong technical capability in co-ordinating and creating board presentations
• Track record in handling the dynamic requirements of board reporting
• Strong technical knowledge of superannuation and legislative / compliance obligations
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively - both written and verbal
• Excellent administrative capabilities - advanced skills in the Microsoft suite
• Relevant qualifications
