THE OPPORTUNITY:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a self starter to build on their workers compensation claims administration experience with a well established Self Insurer in the CBD.

Reporting to the Claims Manager, you will be responsible for:

Entering new claims onto the relevant systems and following up on any outstanding information which has been omitted
Efficiently processing salary payments for claimants within legislative guidelines
Managing and allocating all incoming mail to the relevant claim files
Conducting 3 point contacts
Continuously updating injured workers and external stakeholders regarding the progress of the claim
Other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Claims Manager

YOUR DETAILS:

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 6 months workers compensation claims experience and a genuine passion for pursuing a career in the workers compensation industry. Strong time management skills and a proactive attitude are a must also.
